1. China reaches 600th Paralympics gold milestone since 1984

China won the mixed 4x50m medley relay 20 points final with a world record-breaking time of two minutes, 24.83 seconds at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games on September 5, day 8 of the quadrennial grand event. It marks the 600th gold medal won by the Chinese delegation in the Summer Paralympics since they first triumphed in 1984.

2. China's Feng hits milestone of 10 table tennis golds at Paralympics

China's para table tennis legend Feng Panfeng cemented his place in history on September 5, claiming his 10th Paralympic gold medal by defeating Germany's Thomas Schmidberger in the men's singles MS3 final.

Feng, 34, had already secured the men's doubles and mixed doubles titles in Paris, adding to his impressive haul.
